Show Off Your Ink

. Show off your ink, kids! These are my two....for now. I came to the full conclusion that I could live with the promotion of peace and equal rights for the rest of my life and didn't mind having them permanently etched on my skin. If you aren't familiar with it, the equal sign is from the Human Rights Campaign, a giant promoter of equal rights for all humans. I've had people ask me if it's an electrical plug! And the peace sign is 50 years old this year -- and we need it now more than ever. So, show off your tattoos .... tell us about them. Post a link to your pics so we can all enjoy. (And my sincere apologies for the poor picture quality in the one pic.)

Those are great Lewis! I have Persephone, the symbol for radical peace between men on my left shoulder. I want more, but haven't decided what or where, but both of yours are now top contenders. (Yes, I want to be exactly like you!:))

Sorry, none here.

Mine are hidden by clothes.
So, you know you don't want to
see them.

No tattoos here, sorry. But the quality of the photo you're speaking of must be all that hair! ;-) I recall seeing a story on the Sunday Morning Show on CBS on how the peace sign originated. Interesting!

OMG I am waaaay to scared of needles to ever get a tattoo.

i was taught that tattoos were a direct picture into a person's soul.
much can be learned by their tatoos.

but I don't have any; i like frequent change (such as my ever changing header) so no tatoo for me.

No tatts here... I've seen way too many old people in Florida with them and they really aren't attractive in places that will someday sag... which would make a great photo Friday topic "saggy tattoos"... I'm trying to think of a body part that won't sag to have a + sign... maybe, maybe not... time will tell...

Nice tatts, Lewis! No tattoos here, but I admire them on others :-)

I've no ink here either. Actually, I've never wanted any ink, but one never knows when i t may strike as a creative venue anew.

Sweet tattoos Lewis! :) I had one of mine up on the "DP day" link (small "ring tatt"), so I parked a couple other pics there--my other tattoo and my partner's other tattoo. Seemed like as good a place as any to put the pics!

Scroll a bit and you'll see them! :)

OOPS! It cut off the end of the link... I'll split it...(got to re-paste those 3 parts back together to see)

I especially like the peace sign

wow that's wild! Did they hurt? I don't think I could stand the pain of a tattoo, unless they are the kind you put on for a few days and wash off!

What a rebel! I wouldn't have thought you were a tat kinda guy! And It's interesting that almost none of your readers have any.
As I don't either. I always wanted an arm band one, but never got around to it.

Awww... I don't have any tattoos yet! If I had known that we were going to have show-and-tell, I would have run out and got one!

Why the second tattoo? Wondering what the sign means.

An electric plug? I hope you slapped them.

No tattoos here. Chris has one, but we don't have a picture anywhere. I'll try to get one and post it.

No art on my body, but a very nice little rose for my eyes only on the hubby... Love tats thought - in moderation.

Great tattoos, Lewis. I don't have any myself; I don';t know if I could stand the pain of getting one.

No tats for me, but I do like dudes that got 'em unless it becomes excessive and it starts looking as though they're wearing a shirt. Up and down the arms and all over their back and chest; that becomes crazy and unattractive.

I like them too, but none on me. I'm kind of too scared of the needles and too worried that I'll change my mind ten minutes afterwards.

I do like a good tat on the right guy though - even full sleeves can look great on the right attitude.

I really like these. I don't have any, yet, because I haven't been able to decide on a design that I'd want on my body permanently. But you've given me some food for thought!
