Are These The Eyes ??

What I fail to mention in this positive, uplifting and energizing video is the fact that I've had a pain in the chest for about four days now. I don't really think it's related to heart issues -- no other symptoms that would indicate that I need medical help. I think that maybe I pulled a muscle or twisted wrong or something. Either that or my heart just plain old hurts.

sometimes life is hard. it's a fact. no one can be up all the time. no one. this is what it means to be human, among the living, mortal and imperfect. you'll find your way out if you keep on going.

Oh, Lewis. I'm sorry. I like your video posts so much because you're so expressive, but I'm just sorry that you're struggling. I'm very glad we're going to lunch today (I need to get in the shower or you're not going to be too pleased with me!) and hopefully you'll find some comfort along the way. Big hugs.

I'll be thinking of you.

It's obvious you have more than enough pressure in your life right now. I hope you had a great lunch w/ LSL and you can recharge.
Sending a big virtual bearhug your way.

you still have blair; what a marvelous post he wrote about you today!

it's easy to feel overwhelmed by life's demands; have you thought of speaking with a psychologist or other trusted medical professional?

how about a nursing assistant for your MIL; does your state/county govt. offer such a program?

also, as you get older, (speaking from experience here) the body goes thru hormonal changes, both women AND men.

again, {{{{{hugs}}}}} to you and blair and mason; keep the 2 of them close to you. please let us know how you are doing.

Been there been there been there.

By feeling the lows you're able to feel the highs. It's the beauty of who you are and the honesty of it all.

How does one eat an elephant? By taking one bite at a time.

You don't have to do everything at once. Do your tasks one at a time if you can. Concentrate on immediate goals for now and try not to think in the long term.

Easy to say, hard to do, I know. Try to take it easy.

Oh Arnie. I'm so sorry to hear and see you like this. You're right, this is very, very unlike you. First off, I hope the pain from your chest is nothing serious, and second, good thoughts will come and good actions will come to you. We live in a life of flux, everything changes yet everything has its place.

Please take great care of yourself. I wish you well Arnie!!

Ah Arnie... HUGS... thank you for being so transparent. It helps along the journey when I feel unwelcome or uncomfortable feelings... I am sending you peace and love my friend.

Well, you're human after all buddy. But even when down, you're still adorable! EVEN MORE SO!

You're preaching to the choir here, and your chest pains are simply stress and a bit of depression.

The B&W processing of your video really drives home the thoughts and feelings you had been experiencing. I hope that you are feeling better soon! (((((Arnie)))))
