BREAKING NEWS --
A group has failed to garner enough signatures to put Oregon's upcoming Civil Union legislation on the ballot for public vote. What that means is that beginning January 1, Oregon will join the ranks of states offering Domestic Partnerships for its citizens. A bit of hope in our dreary world.

We celebrate at each small step. Perhaps with such small steps the str8 community will come to understand that they have nothing to fear and that the wing nuts rants were the idiocy that we all knew they were.
Yay! It's amazing to see what we can accomplish under the current anti-gay administration.
I just realized that the signatures were to stop the law (already passed) from going into affect.
