Still Speaking for Justice

Sometimes, going to church isn't very glamorous. Especially in this day and age. When there is so much to point fingers and poke fun at. And there is. This is one reason that I still believe in justice and fighting for it. However you do it, or who you're doing it with, doesn't matter. Check out the rest of the ads here.

I have an OPEN MRI scheduled for tomorrow morning. After my last fiasco, I wasn't sure it was ever going to happen. But this new "open" machine is actually very beautiful and inviting.....and I'm actually looking forward to getting it done.

And on Wednesday we leave on our 15-day cruise to Hawaii with a great group of ten people from London, Philadelphia, and Portland.

That add caused quite a controversy and some TV outlets refused to run it.

I hope the open MRI goes much better for you and you can get the root of your discomfort.

I'm so glad you found an open MRI. And I'm hoping the results mean an easily-treated option.

I LOVE those ads. It's sad that those ads caused such controversy. I think they're incredibly ... well, "Christian". Why would anyone object to them?

Almost makes me want to go to church again. Isn't that the point?

That ad almost made me want to go to church.

I am so happy for you that you found an open MRI and so quickly. Good luck with it. I hope it is able to determine the problem, and I hope it's an easy fix.

Wonderful ads. I'm not surprised at the controversy. The gospel is no more acceptable today, espeically with the religious establishment, than it was 2000 years ago.

That MRI machine is fantastic, Lewis - looks like a portal to another galaxy, lol... enjoy your trip.

Good luck with the MRI and of course have a wonderful vacation!

I've seen these ads before, they say a lot about the [not so] subtle bigotry that surrounds religion.

Crossing fingers on your test babe and if you're needing a happy place to concentrate on during the MRI.....HAWAII honey!!!!! You lucky dogs.
Kisses,
kb

Glad to hear that things are progressing with your MRI. And have an absolutely fantabulous time on the cruise. And don't forget to get in some parts of rest and relaxation, too! Looking forward to many pics.

I hope that the MRI can get the much needed information for you.

Great adds. They show the current hypocrisy in many churches today. I'm glad there are a few that don't turn people away.

Good luck with the MRI and have fun on the cruise!

I'm sure the MRI will go well. I hope they don't find the bulging disc like I had because it will require surgery, in my case a laminectomy. Also, I hope you have a great time on your cruise!
