Oh I just love it! You guys have really taken care of this home, and it shows. It definitely has that 1920's charm infused with a modern spin.

It *is* a charming home, but I fear the commute would be even more of a killer than the one I have now given the price of fuel.

[very nice house!]

Beautiful home and totally in my price range... wrong state.

If you could move that to Silicon Valley for the same price, I'd really appreciate it.

There's that prized landscaped yard I once remember from not too long ago! Corner lot....does that mean a lot of headlights in the window? Beautiful, charming and do you really want to leave? I don't recall the answer to that question you posed to us about which one had the "itch" to leave. But I am guessing it's him. ;-)

Loaded with charm. If I could put the whole thing on rollers and move it to Santa Cruz, I would!

What a lovely home.

Your house, would sell between $500K - $750K here in Boston, depending on the neighborhood.

Good luck with the sale!
