All Edie Needs Is a Little Love and Care
Excuse me, as many of you know, I'm a sucker for many things. Many things bring me to tears in spite of my hard, crusty exterior and overly opinionated personality. My buddy Archerr posted the most amazing video today. If you're a dog or pet owner, you'll need a copious amount of tissues. And our Mason is a Maltese-Poodle, quite similar to Edie in the video. Just goes to show us that second chances are necessary. Exceptions should not be rare. Overlooking what may be obvious is horribly essential. Everybody needs a little love and care.

Dammit. I may be crying slightly over here now.
sometimes, being moved to tears engages us into action. Hopefully, we will each think about opportunity more after this.

Ok. Watch your mail for an invoice for the tissues I had to use to get through this one.
The most touching part? Seeing Edie after the groom in her "temporary look". She looks *exactly* like my princess does when she comes back from the groomer. (My princess has gained a few pounds since we rescued her.) In the face they could pass as mirror images.
People, adopt from shelters!! These are some of the best dogs in the world and they have lots of love to give!

what frustrates us is we so want to rescue a pooch, but the 'interview', fees, and process is so complicated as to discourage people from trying.
I can't watch this. I love animals and dogs especially way too much, and I really don't feel like crying u emotionally blackmailing bastard! LOL! U r sexy cause u look good and u have a heart too.
Quit pulling my heart strings.
